We set up group sessions at our Holborn Clinic or, for groups of 10+, come to your office in central London. All vaccines administered by a qualified pharmacist.
Individual travel risk assessments
Before each trip, each employee receives a personalised risk assessment based on their specific itinerary, health history, and role — not a generic destination checklist.
Vaccination records & compliance
We maintain digital vaccination records for your team and provide HR-ready compliance reports. Useful for insurance, duty-of-care documentation, and occupational health audits.
Ongoing booster reminders
We track when each employee is due for boosters and send reminders — so your programme stays current without manual tracking by your HR team.

Getting Started
Initial consultation
We meet (in person or by phone) to understand your travel patterns, destinations, employee numbers, and any existing occupational health arrangements.
Vaccination programme design
We propose a tailored programme — which vaccines, in what order, for which employees — based on your travel destinations and risk profile.
Group or individual sessions
We administer vaccinations at our clinic or at your office. Each employee receives individual consultation and appropriate vaccines in the same appointment.
Records & reporting
You receive a consolidated vaccination record for each employee. We send automated booster reminders and provide a compliance dashboard for your HR team.

Individual vaccine pricing
All vaccines are charged at our standard clinic rates — the same prices on our public pricing page. There is no corporate markup on vaccine costs.
Volume discounts for groups
For groups of 10 or more employees receiving the same vaccine, we offer volume discounts. Applied per vaccine line, not per total spend.
Monthly invoicing
Rather than individual payments, corporate clients receive a single monthly invoice covering all vaccinations administered. Easier for HR and finance teams.
Compliance reports included
Vaccination records, booster reminders, and HR compliance reports are included in the corporate programme at no extra charge.
Pricing depends on the number of employees, destinations, and vaccines required. Individual vaccine prices are the same as our standard clinic rates.
