We provide travel vaccination, pharmacy, and health consultation services. All clinical services are delivered by GPhC-registered pharmacists. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice from your GP — if you have ongoing health concerns, please consult your doctor.

• Appointments can be booked online or by phone. Online booking confirms your preferred time slot.
• We recommend calling ahead on 0207 405 1039 to confirm availability for same-day appointments.
• You may cancel or reschedule at any time via your patient portal or by phone. There is no cancellation fee.
• If you do not attend a booked appointment without notice, we may contact you to reschedule.

• All prices shown on the website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of your appointment is the price you pay.
• Travel consultations are free of charge. You only pay for vaccines or medications administered.
• Payment is taken at the clinic after your appointment. We accept all major credit and debit cards and cash.

Once a vaccine has been administered, it cannot be refunded. If a vaccination cannot proceed due to a clinical contraindication identified during your consultation, no charge will be made. If you change your mind before vaccination, no charge applies.

Our pharmacists follow national guidelines (NaTHNaC, NICE, GPhC) when recommending and administering vaccines. However, you are responsible for disclosing relevant health information during your consultation. Destination-specific vaccine requirements may change — we recommend checking NaTHNaC TravelHealthPro for the latest guidance before travel.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
