What is the delivery radius?

We deliver within a 2-mile radius of our pharmacy at 60 Lamb's Conduit Street, London WC1N 3LW. This covers Holborn, Bloomsbury, Covent Garden, Clerkenwell, King's Cross, and surrounding areas. If you're unsure, register and we'll confirm your eligibility when we call.

Is the delivery service really free?

Yes — there is no delivery charge. You only pay for your prescriptions as normal. There are no hidden fees or minimum order requirements.

How does it work for NHS prescriptions?

If your GP sends prescriptions electronically (EPS), we can be nominated as your preferred pharmacy and collect your prescriptions automatically. For paper prescriptions, we'll arrange collection or you can drop them in. We'll explain everything when we call.

Can you manage my repeat prescriptions?

Yes. Once registered, we can manage your repeat prescription cycle — ordering on your behalf, dispensing, and delivering on a regular schedule. We'll remind you before prescriptions run out.
